📦 Returns Policy

We hope you adore every Browne. product you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy for you.

Can I return my order?

Of course. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In their original packaging

• Fit for resale

Because our products are cosmetics, we can’t accept returns on opened items unless they arrive faulty. Evidence of this is also required.

If something arrives damaged

We’re so sorry if this happens, we quality check everything before it leaves us at Browne. And the team packages your items with care. Just email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away.

How to start a return

Pop us an email at contact@browneofficial.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• A quick note about why with an image attached

The customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return postage

• You’ll just need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel gets back to us safely.

• Returns are to Suite 1, Ground Floor, Trafalgar House, 110 Manchester Road, Altrincham, WA14 1NU.

We want your Browne. goodies to reach you quickly and safely.

Processing time

Your order will be packed and ready to go within 1–3 business days. Where bank holidays are present, your order may be processed but not shipped until the next business day.

Delivery options

• Standard UK: 2–5 business days

• Express UK: 1–2 business days

• We currently can’t ship outside of the UK. 

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery choice.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
