Can I return my order?
Of course. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re:
Because our products are cosmetics, we can’t accept returns on opened items unless they arrive faulty. Evidence of this is also required.
If something arrives damaged
We’re so sorry if this happens, we quality check everything before it leaves us at Browne. And the team packages your items with care. Just email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away.
