We hope you adore every Browne. product you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy for you.
Can I return my order?
Of course. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re:
Unused
Unopened
In their original packaging
Fit for resale
Because our products are cosmetics, we can’t accept returns on opened items unless they arrive faulty. Evidence of this is also required.
If something arrives damaged
We’re so sorry if this happens, we quality check everything before it leaves us at Browne. And the team packages your items with care. Just email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return postage
You’ll just need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel gets back to us safely.

Processing time
Your order will be packed and ready to go within 1–3 business days. Where bank holidays are present, your order may be processed but not shipped until the next business day.
Delivery options
Standard UK: 2–5 business days
Express UK: 1–2 business days
We currently can’t ship outside of the UK.
